Showcase

Our showcases, exhibitions, and curations create knowledge and awareness, documenting the history, techniques, and symbolic meanings behind traditional practices and cultural heritage.

In its inaugural launch, the Museum of Hausa Arts & Heritage unveils Blacksmiths of Kasuwar Kurmi, a landmark exhibition dedicated to celebrating one of the oldest and most enduring crafts of the Hausa people in Northwest Nigeria. The exhibition is not simply a showcase of artifacts, but a narrative journey into the heart of Hausa society, where blacksmiths held an indispensable role as innovators, protectors, and cultural custodians.
